We are finishing of the first phase of our “Combined Energy Centre Maliniec”. Warehouse and production hall as well as office spaces constitute for manufacturing and administrative facilities for the implementation of the remaining stages of the investment. Our own storage space brings up the fact that from the part of logistics we are more attractive to our customers. Nearby Brunatna Street, on the lots designed for implementation of subsequent stages of the Energy Centre we have already started preparations including the delivering of earth, leveling the ground and setting the construction site. We have also completed negotiations with our business partners. Two construction works will be carried out simultaneously. The construction of biogas plant is carried out in co-operation of two companies, that is Chemat Sp. J. and Agrogaz Sp. z.o.o. and the construction of the distillery is realized in its entirety by Chemat Sp.J. Both investments are independent of each other, but together they constitute a system of cogeneration. Brewing formed in the production of spirit is used as a full value substrate for the biogas plant. What is more, in addition to electricity produced, the excess of heat energy in the biogas plant is subsequently received by the distillery. In this way, we obtain very high efficiency this combined system, which will unquestionably bring environmental and social benefits.
